The AFFECTS Kick-Off Meeting took place in Göttingen at the Institute for Astrophysics on March 22nd - 23rd 2011.

All project partners attended the meeting.

Unfortunately, a representative from NOAA was not able to fly in from Boulder. Instead a telecon was scheduled.
